These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the AI Resume Customizer (the "Product") offered by The 6 Figure Job Search ("we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Product Description

The AI Resume Customizer is a digital product consisting of:

• A pre-built Claude AI project with custom instructions, formatting rules, and reference files
• A Master Resume Builder GPT
• Setup instructions and a video walkthrough

The Product is designed to help users generate customized, ATS-optimized resumes by leveraging AI technology.

2. Requirements

To use the Product, you must have:

• A Claude Pro subscription ($20/month), purchased separately from Anthropic
• A computer with internet access
• A basic understanding of how to follow setup instructions

We are not affiliated with Anthropic and are not responsible for Claude Pro pricing, availability, features, or service interruptions.

3. License and Usage Rights

• Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for your own resume customization needs.
• You may use the Product for your personal job search indefinitely.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or sublicense the Product or any of its components.
• You may not claim authorship of the Product or use it to create a competing product or service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Product — including custom instructions, formatting templates, system prompts, reference files, and walkthrough materials — is the intellectual property of The 6 Figure Job Search and is protected by copyright law.

The resumes you generate using the Product are yours. You own all output content created from your personal data.

5. No Guarantee of Results

The AI Resume Customizer is a tool designed to assist with resume creation. We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive job interviews or offers
• That your resume will pass every ATS system
• Specific outcomes from using the Product

Results depend on your qualifications, the roles you apply for, and many external factors beyond our control.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Product, all sales are final. Once the Product files and instructions have been delivered to your email, no refunds will be issued.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing or using the Product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of Claude Pro is subject to Anthropic's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to Claude Pro pricing or features
• Service outages or limitations imposed by Anthropic
• Data handling practices of Anthropic or any third-party platform

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
